Just wanted to say something while keeping it short, not active I know, I've been cast away from my creativity, I dont know if its my routine/job or personality but I still feel emotions to be translated in some way, lost my path or I dont know, as always feeling my art trashy compared to trends and famous popular artpacks around the web, but I guess what makes me different is the lack of studies in art or maybe the resources ($$) anyhow, I dont know what to expect from hidden impulses within me.
In the other hand I got Photoshop CS6 recently but still havent played on it at all, need to get use to it and feel creative again and check if my old filters work in that version :s.
I got a brand new

Routine job is a true nightmare for creativity, I face it too and I don't know how to change this.
All the best for you
Ever get the effect that, when you get the feeling that you're actually on to a winner with a piece you're working on, your enthusiasm suddenly surges?
I think half the problem with creative discipline stuff is the skill bar for everything has been risen so high out of sight, that what starts as a fun creative thought hits the realisation of the mountain of effort required to possibly create something 'accomplished', and it just feels like a total chore and a dubious gamble. so you think: the hell with it. later.
That's the problem I get, anyway. Lol
